About the Race

We just keep getting better... Race will Start/Finish at the beautiful man-made Lake in Tualatin, Oregon! Same great Race, Same great Party!

Catch your stride at the 3rd Annual 10K Rum Run through Cook Park, the City of Tualatin and around the lake at Tualatin Commons. The race ends with an “Energetic” event, a refreshing Mojito, a cold Bridgeport Beer, a Rockstar, along with prizes, snacks and sounds of the Caribbean! These are a few of our favorite things...

Energy Events is proud to work with the (CCA) Children’s Cancer Association with this event and raise money for a great cause and a great organization. The CCA has become an active partner and will also sponsor the Kids “Tiki” Run and Kids 1k. The Kids will receive a t-shirt, race medal and a gift certificate.

Founded more than a decade ago by a family who has been there, the Children’s Cancer association brings JoyRx to seriously ill children and their families, in the hospital and at home. When family needs support, CCA is there with award-winning programs and resources, available at no cost to those in needs, in Oregon, SW Washington and across the nation.

MISSION: when seriously ill children and their families need more medicine, CCA’s innovative programs create joy on moment at a time.
